Positivity

Finishing the Fullmetal Alchemist TV series was pretty cool. I was a bit dissatisfied with the ending, with what was beyond the Gate and then how Ed and Al ended up, but overall it was pretty cool. I really want to see the movie now, but the version I have won’t play. I need to figure out how to fix it (I probably need to go online and download some stuff or something) or go over to Tyler’s to watch it. He has a working copy.
I watched the first episode of BSG S.3. It was… kinda weird. Man that show is dark. It has a serious lack of happiness. It just picked right up where it left off. I can’t wait for it to pick up and for some cool stuff to happen. That cylon that’s ‘courting’ Starbuck sure is weird. I got the show up and running on my parents’ computer too, and they’re watching it too. XD They complained about the screen size, what with our mega-screen downstairs, until I pointed out that they could keep waiting for it to come out on DVD. I love those rare occassions where I can actually make my dad shut up.
I got some marks back today. I did alright on my Poli Phil essay on Famine Relief, and I got an awesome grade on my forum assignment. Plus, more people have responded to my forum post than any other. :D That makes me laugh.
I entered an online contest to win the Bumblebee Camaro from Transformers. XD Here’s to hoping I win. That would be hilarious.
Speaking of which, Transformers was freaking awesome. CG ftw.
I had a “study session” with two girls from my English class today. We didn’t really study much, which I expected, but it was nice to get to talk to some new people for a change. Audrey and I share a love of literature, and Sarah likes many of the same movies as I do.
